HUA-SHI-YUN

On our international website, Flora will only be the bridge of communication between you (the buyer) and Sayako (HUA-SHI-YUN's owner).

Once an order is placed, Flora will contact you with the total (including the shipping).

At this point you should confirm the order and soon after, you should receive an invoice from Flora.

**Important**

 

1) When HUA-SHI-YUN sends out an invoice to Buyer, please pay within 3 days. No cancellations allowed.

    Confirm your order with Flora only when you are ready to pay.

 

2) After the payment for the order is processed, No cancellations are accepted.

 

3) Items will ship after 75+ days via registered airmail** or EMS. Flora will provide you with your order's tracking

    number. After being shipped, the package should be received within 14 up to 60 days for registered airmail/ 14 + days for EMS. (Due to Covid, It might delay)
    ** registered airmail will provide tracking but some country's post office will not scan them. (Ex: USA)

 

4) No returns accepted. Sayako quality checks all products before shipping them to you to make sure that    

    they are of the best quality.
